"Time passes too quickly!

We moved to Minden, Nevada, in October 1993.  We went to the Catholic Church that Sunday, and asked the Priest if he knew a good piano technician.  He recommended "Francois", and we were so delighted with the results!

Our Steinway 1098 had been "gone over" by the "experts" in the San Jose, California area.  They could not do anything correctly.  I am being nice by saying that.  It took Francois, a few minutes to define the problems, and there were many!  He contacted Steinway, and began work.  When Francois finished, our instrument was such a joy to play!

I have wanted to say, thank you" to Francois, for many years.  We moved back to California in August 1994, and we are now in San Jose, retired.  When we arrived back in California, my wife said, "We should call Francois", so he can take care of our piano"! 😀
